and this summer I’ll work on “Everyone’s a Big Gay: The Comic”
A 4 piece illustration series that features a variety of fungi and the fashion style “Mori Girl”. Mori, in referring to the fashion style, means forest (japanese) while the phrase Memento Mori means “Remember that you will die” (latin). It is to represent that even those whole love nature can still hurt it and that eventually mother nature will reclaim her spaces. Enjoy!
well doing the scars with bump maps is fun so I better move on to other things and come back to it .u.
Suppose I can put this here too.
But I have to make decisions so I guess this is the one I’m going with
This is going to be made in Maya, sometime within the next week.
Just a little post about one of my hobbies. Well a combination of many: Lolita, Drawing, and texturing. I have made clothes on IMVU for several years but now I have started what could be called a Virtual Lolita Brand [named Parasol Dream] and haven’t really mentioned it on my art blog!
The original concepts and designs are done by my collaborator Kayla [because teamwork really motivates me] and I then create the prints and texture the products as we work together to alter the designs to fit the ‘materials’. We’ve only done these two sets so far but I quite enjoy making the prints!
Here’s a close-up of the tea scene drawn for Tea Time, because you can’t see it here as well as I’d like.
Rough illustrations done for the graphic novel I did based on M’s story that they wrote for it! I’d like to go back into these and do more, but this is what I got done. So that’s why I consider what I got done to be a “rough version” of the graphic novel.
Even though I uploaded them separately I thought they would look nice as a photoset as well. I’m pleased with my work this semester!
